摘 要:为提高生鲜农产品配送中心物流系统效率,综合考虑门店库存,研究库存控制与路径规划统筹优化问题。以生鲜配送中心为多家超市门店配送产品为对象,构建库存运输联合优化问题模型,设计解决问题的混合启发式算法。结合随机生成算例验证算法可行性,与已知最优解比较,算法目标解偏差平均为1.5%,最大为2.6%,达到预期效果。仿真结果表明,通过确定库存量与运输里程的平衡点,该算法有利于构建降低物流成本的最优配送方案。To heighten the logistics system efficiency for the fresh agricultural products distribution center,considering store's inventory,the inventory management and routing plan jointly optimization problem was studied.Aiming at the distribution network composed of one distribution center and several retail stores,the inventory-distribution joint optimization model was built,and the hybrid heuristic algorithm was proposed.A series of randomly generated instances was adopted to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Compared with the known optimal solution,the deviation of objective function value is about 1.5%at average and2.6% at most,and the results show that,the optimal distribution plan which can help the distribution center reduce logistics system cost is made by determining the balance point between inventory amount and transportation distance.
