胃癌新辅助化疗SOX方案的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨使用SOX方案（替吉奥联合奥沙利铂）对进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2015年9月我院肿瘤科收治的59例进展期胃癌患者临床资料。所有患者均按SOX方案行2～4个周期化疗，对比患者化疗前后的影像及病理学资料，评价化疗疗效。结果入组的59例患者均完成至少2个周期化疗，38（64．4％）例患者达到降期的目的，降期的患者均顺利完成D2手术（R0）。所有患者均耐受化疗，不良反应主要为呕吐、肝功能异常和白细胞减少。结论使用SOX方案对进展期胃癌患者行术前新辅助化疗有效率高，可达到肿瘤降期作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of neo -adjuvant chemotherapy SOX （S - 1 plus oxaliplatin） for advanced gastric cancer. Methods Clinical data of patients diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer from Jan. 2010 to Sep. 2015 in our hospital were analyzed. All 59 patients were treated by neo- adjuvant chemotherapy SOX for 2 -4 cycles. Image and pathological data were compared and effects of treatment were evaluated. Results All the patients completed at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy. 38 patients（64.4% ） achieved the purpose of clinical down - staging and all these people received surgical treatment of D2 （R0）. All patients could tolerate chemotherapy. The main adverse e- vents were vomiting, abnormal liver dysfunction and leukopenia. Conclusion SOX provides a high efficient for pa- tients with advanced gastric cancer, which can achieve the purpose of tumor down - staging.
