利用烟叶副产物辅以棉籽壳栽培杏鲍菇

摘　　要：利用烟叶副产物添加不同比例棉籽壳栽培杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii),以棉籽壳为主培养料作为对照,试验表明,废弃烟叶渣及秸秆添加一定比例的棉籽壳可以用来栽培杏鲍菇;棉籽壳在栽培料中加入比例为25%时,有利于杏鲍菇菌丝生长,缩短子实体采收时间,产量提高;经检测,子实体中SOD(superoxide dismutase,超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(catalase,过氧化氢酶)酶活性及MDA(malondialdehyde,丙二醛)指标均与对照组差异不大,且子实体可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量分别为19.08 mg·g^(-1)、4.721μg·g^(-1),均高于对照组中子实体含量,可进一步探索。Pleurotus eryngii was cultivated using different contents of cotton seed hulls and tobacco by-products. The substrates of cotton seed hulls was used as comparison. It was proved that the medium of waste tobacco leaf residues and straw＇s formulations with a certain contents of cotton seed hulls could be used to cultivate P. eryngii. When the content of cotton seed hulls reached 25%, it was good for mycelial growth, shortening the fruiting body recovery time and increasing production. Test showed that the SOD and CAT activity, and the content of MDA, in fruiting body was no significant differenc with control group, and the content of solute protein and polysaccharide in fruiting body were 19.08 mg·g^-1 and 4.721 μg· g^-1 respectively, which were both higher than those in fruiting body of control group.
