摘  要:菌粮间作是农业生产领域的新生经营模式,该试验选用黄伞(Pholiota adiposa)、榆黄蘑(Pleurotus citrinopileatus)、大球盖菇(Stropharia rugosoannulata)3种食用菌,与春播玉米进行菌粮间作栽培,对其经济效益进行了研究分析。结果表明,黄伞、榆黄蘑和大球盖菇每公顷分别收获鲜菇58 695 kg、56 400 kg和14 100 kg。间作食用菌区的玉米明显长势强,棒穗大,质量好,玉米产量平均10 870.5 kg·hm-2,比对照区增产20.7%。按当季市场价格计算,黄伞、榆黄蘑和大球盖菇每公顷增加总收益分别为205 065元、182 115元和113 775元。在相同条件下黄伞-玉米间作可获得较高的经济效益。Interplanting edible fungus with grains is a new model of agricultural production management. Three edible fungi, Pholiota adiposa, Pleurotus citrinopileatus, Stropharia rugosoannulata, were chosen to interplant with spring corns to analyze their economic benefit. The results showed that the yields were 58 695 kg· hm^-2, 56 400 kg ·hm^-2 and 14 100 kg·hm^-2, respectively. Corns in the interplantation area showed the characteristics of stronger growth vigor, bigger corn cobs and better quality, and the yield was 10 870.5kg·hm^-2 with 20.7% growth compared to those in normal areas. Interplanting these three edible fungi bringed 205 065 yuan, 182 115 yuan, 113 775 yuan extra economic benefits per hm^2 according to the seasonal market prices. So interplanting Pholiota adiposa with corns will be gained more economic benefits under the same conditions.
