摘　　要：我国协同创新的组织建构肇始于国家意志,其赖以实现的技术平台则由数据库商研发并进行商业推介。协同创新平台的平等参与性、资源丰富性与不受时空限制等特点使其具备五项主要功能:1面向科研过程的知识服务功能;2面向科研团队的组织协调功能;3个体独立与团体协同之间相平衡功能;4教学资源整合与虚拟教学功能;5科研与教学过程档案的自动保存功能。不过,作为新生事物的协同创新平台也面临着维护使用者权益、适用法律建设以及相关伦理建设等问题。另外,作为一项刚刚起步的新兴技术,协同创新平台有助于进一步挖掘图书馆员的职业优势,从而为其角色定位提供新的机遇。The construction of collaborative innovation platform of our country was initiated based on the national will,and the development and promotion of its technology platform was achieved by database vendors.Because of the characteristic of providing equal participation,abundant resources without the constraint of time and space,the collaborative innovation platform is equipped with five main function：a）providing essential knowledge in the process of scientific research,b）organizing and coordinating the scientific research teams,c）achieving the balance between individual independency and group collaboration,d）integrating educational resources and developing virtual education,e）recording process documents of scientific research and education automatically.However,this newly-developed collaborative innovation platform also possesses some deficiencies that need to be improved,such as protecting the interest of users,and constructing applicable laws and ethics.In addition,this collaborative innovation platform,as an emerging technology,contributes to further excavation of the career advantages of librarians,and therefore provides new opportunities for its role definition.
