摘　　要：创新驱动,方法为先。推广应用创新方法是加快创新驱动发展的重要手段之一。为了科学合理地评价企业实施TRIZ等创新方法的实际效果,引入模糊数学理论,首先研究形成企业推广应用创新方法效果评估指标体系,其次构建基于层次分析法的模糊综合评估模型,并通过对S公司和F公司两个案例进行应用,验证该指标体系与评估模型的科学性和可行性,得出相应结论。The innovation drive, the method first, popularization and application innovation method is one of the important means to speed up the innovation drive development. In order to scientifically evaluate the actual effect of implementation of innovative methods of TRIZ and introduce the theory of fuzzy mathematics, this paper first studies the application form of the enterprise innovation method of effect evaluation index system, then constructs the model of fuzzy comprehensive evalu- ation based on analytic hierarchy process. Based on the company S and F, two cases were analyzed. Finally the paper verifies that the index system and assessment model is scientific and feasibility, and puts forward the corresponding conclusions.
