学术创业的边界、绩效与争议——基于1990—2014年文献的扎根分析

摘　　要：选取1990-2014年间国内外有关学术创业的102篇重要文献进行扎根分析,提炼出298个编码、8个概念和4个主范畴,将学术创业的边界扩展至社会创业,在此基础上,重新审视学术创业绩效并澄清研究争议,归纳出学术创业的研究逻辑,并提出未来研究的5个新的研究命题。Sample and review 102 Chinese and English important papers during years 1990 -2014 on academic entrepre- neurship through grounded analysis. 298 codes, 8 concepts and 4 main categories are extracted. We find that the boundary of academic entrepreneurship can be extended to social entrepreneurship. On this basis, we systematically re - exaniine ac- ademic entrepreneurship performance and controversy. We conclude the research logic of academic entrepreneurship and 8 research propositions for future further research.
