摘　　要：科技创新驱动面临融资难的制约。在分析科技型企业融资难现状的基础上,提出将项目融资与科技项目相结合,充分利用项目融资风险分担等优势,拓宽科技型企业融资渠道;设计出产品支付模式和资产支持证券化模式两种主要的科技项目融资模式,并对科技项目融资的风险管理进行分析,以利于科技项目融资成功,促进科技创新发展。Science and technology innovation drive is facing financing constraints. On the basis of analyzing the financing difficulty of seienteeh enterprises, the combination of project financing and technology project is put forward in an effort to make full use of the advantages of project financing risk sharing and broaden the financing channels for scientech enterpri- ses. The product payment and the asset - backed securitization are designed as the main financing mode for the scientific and technological projects. To facilitate the success of scientific and technological projects financing and promote the devel- opment of science and technology innovation, the risk management of scientific and technological project financing is ana- lyzed.
