摘　　要：利用两阶段链DEA模型研究基于低碳战略的企业生态化技术创新投入产出效率,该模型嵌入了第一阶段低碳战略投入产出效率和第二阶段企业生态化技术创新投入产出效率。对96个高新技术企业采样数据进行实证分析,从系统理论分析实证结果;利用Tobit回归模型分析各因素对效率的影响程度,为企业进行系统效率改进提供判断依据。模型分析结果表明:无论是意识层次、实力层次还是实施层次均有指标显著影响3个投入产出效率,且属于正相关。Based on two - stage DEA model, this paper studies the efficiency of input and output of enterprises in ecologi- cal technology innovation in view of low carbon strategy. The model embeds the efficiency of input and output of low carbon strategy in the first phase and the efficiency of eco - technological innovation in the second. The paper makes empirical a- nalysis on sampling data of 96 high - tech enterprises, and gets results based on system theory. Tobit regression model ana- lyzes the extent influenced by each factor, which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of enterprises. Results show that there are indexes positively influencing the efficiency of input and output significantly either in the level of con- sciousness, stren^h or implementation.
