摘  要:老字号企业是中国民族经济的重要组成部分,促进老字号企业的转型升级对于实施国家品牌战略、提升民族企业国际竞争力、弘扬中华传统文化意义重大。信息经济下信息技术全面渗透传统产业促进了新型商业模式的不断涌现,老字号企业的发展正在面临诸多困境和严峻挑战。本文针对信息经济给老字号企业带来的挑战和机遇,提出了科学设计企业经营战略、加快创新企业商业模式、促进大众化和个性化融合、加强企业人才培养、推进文化资源保护与开发等老字号企业转型升级的路径。Time-honored brand enterprise is an important part of China's national economy. Therefore, promoting the transformation and upgrading of time-honored brand enterprises is of great importance to implement the national brand strategy, improve the international competitiveness of national enterprises, and promote China's traditional culture. Against the background of information economy, information technology's all-round infiltration in traditional industries has led to the unceasing emer- gence of new business models, and the development of time-honored brand enterprises is faced with many obstacles and severe challenges. Based on the challenges and opportunities brought by information economy, this paper proposes some suggestions for choosing paths for the transformation and upgrading of time-honored brand enterprises.
