摘　　要：选用灰色关联模型分析我国服务业外商直接投资的经济绩效。研究结果表明:我国服务业外商直接投资对我国经济发展具有较强的积极推动作用,对优化产业结构、促进资本积累、扩大进出口、增加就业、引导技术溢出具有推动作用。我国服务业内部各行业的经济绩效仍然存在差异,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业、住宿和餐饮业总体经济绩效较好。相关部门要根据政策侧重点的需要,选择服务业经济绩效比较突出的行业作为我国服务业利用外商直接投资的重点行业和领域,进而为我国服务业利用外资主导产业的选择和扶植提供依据。The gray relational model is used to analyze and evaluate the economic performance of the FDI in service industry in our country. Research results show that China＇s FDI in service industry for economic development of our country has a strong pulling effect, which has played a more obvious effect of industrial structure optimization, capital accumulation, import and export, employment and technology spillover. There still exist economic performance differences in our service industry. According to the needs of the policy focus, related departments should select prominent trades of our service industry as FDI＇s key industries and areas, and provide the basis for the selection and support of foreign leading industries.
