摘　　要：根据礼品分拣自动化生产线工艺流程和自动化控制的要求,提出基于工业机器人、机器视觉的自动化解决方案。构建以西门子S7-1200为主控PLC(programmable logic controller)、机器人与机器视觉、AGV(automated guided vehicle)自动导引小车、码垛立体仓库系统、礼品分拣流水线等组成的全自动分拣网络控制系统。系统采用MODBUS-TCP通信协议,实现了机器人、机器视觉、从属PLC及主控PLC之间的数据与I/O信号交换。系统提高了工厂自动化水平、提高了生产效率,减小劳动强度,降低了人工成本。According to the requirements of the automatic production line and automatic control of the sorting for gift production line,an automatic solution for the industrial robot and machine vision is proposed. The automatic sorting network control system is constructed by SIEMENS S7- 1200 PLC（ programmable logic controller）,robotics and machine vision,AGV（ automated guided vehicle） automatic guided car,stacking warehouse system and gifts sorting lines. The MODBUS- TCP communication protocol is adopted to realize the data exchange between the robot,machine vision,slave PLC and master PLC. The system can improve the factory automation level,improve the production efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and reduce labor costs.
