贝伐珠单抗联合化疗治疗老年胃肠肿瘤的疗效

摘　　要：目的：探究对老年胃肠肿瘤以贝伐珠单抗联合化疗治疗的临床疗效。方法：对在2014~2015年于我院治疗的60例老年胃肠肿瘤患者,采用随机分组法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,分别采用贝伐珠单抗联合化疗和仅使用常规化疗治疗,其他治疗措施相同,对比两组疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率显著大于对照组（P〈0.05）,在不良反应方面治疗组与对照组相当,不具有显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：老年胃肠肿瘤采用贝伐珠单抗联合化疗治疗效果明显,值得推广。Objective：to explore the senile gastrointestinal tumor patients with beacizumab bead sheet resistance of the clinical curative effect of treatment with combination chemotherapy. Methods：in 2014~2014,60 cases of senile gastrointestinal tumor patients treated in our hospital,the randomized method divided into treatment group and control group 2 groups,each group of 30 people,beacizumab beads were used respectively to single resistance to chemotherapy and use only standard chemotherapy treatment,other treatments,the same contrast between the two groups after treatment the curative effect and adverse reactions. Results：in the aspect of effective treatment group total effective rate was significantly greater than the control group（P0.05）,and the adverse reaction in treatment group and control group,has no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：in elderly patients with gastric cancer using beacizumab bead sheet resistance to chemotherapy treatment effect is obvious,is worth promoting.
