摘　　要：目的：分析新生儿疾病筛查网络平台在新生儿疾病筛查中应用网络技术,建立管理平台的价值.方法：以2011年1月-2012年12月手工资料登记的1265例新生儿为对照组,以2013年1月-2014年12月建立新生儿疾病筛查信息化管理平台进行管理的1185例新生儿为研究组,比较两组新生儿疾病筛查、诊治情况.结果：研究组的新生儿疾病筛查中,CH、G6PD缺乏症、PKU 这3种疾病的初筛率、复筛率、随访率、治疗率均显著高于对照组（P 〈0.05）.结论：在新生儿疾病筛查中,应用网络技术,构建新生儿疾病筛查信息化管理平台,可以为新生儿疾病的筛查、诊治提供帮助,提高效率,提高管新生儿疾病管理水平.Objective:To analyze the application of neonatal screening network platform in neonatal screening and confirm the value of management platform.Methods:Select 1 2 6 5 cases of neonates registered by hand from January 2011 to December 2012 as the control group,1185 cases of neonates registered by neo-natal screening network platform from January 2013 to December 2014 as the study group,compare the screening and diagnosing situation of the two groups.Results:The initial screening rate,second screening rate,follow-up rate and curative rate of CH,G6PD lacking and PKU in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neonatal screening network platform can provide help for neonatal screening and diagnosis and improve the efficiency and ability of neonate disease management.
