铸造支架结合弹性义齿在牙周病缺牙患者治疗中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨铸造支架结合弹性义齿治疗牙周病缺牙的效果.方法：将某院2012年7月-2014年7月62例牙周病缺牙患者随机分为两组,每组31例,观察组应用铸造支架结合弹性义齿修复治疗,对照组进行传统可摘局部义齿修复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果：观察组于佩戴后1年进行复查,舒适度、咀嚼功能、外观、固位力、食物嵌塞、粘膜状况、牙周状况优良率分别为97.14%、94.29%、100.00%、94.29%、94.29%、94.29%、94.29%,均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异显著（P 〈0.05）.结论：对牙周病缺牙患者使用铸造支架结合弹性义齿修复治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To study the effect of casting frame combined with elastic dentures in the treat-ment of periodontal disease and tooth loss.Methods:62 patients with periodontal disease and tooth loss trea-ted in a hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the combination of the casting frame and elastic dentures,and the control group was treated with the traditional removable partial dentures as prosthodontic treatment.The clinical curative effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group was reexamined af-ter a year of wear.The excellent and good rates of comfort,chewing function,appearance,retention,food impaction,status of mucosa and periodontal status were 97.14%,94.29%,100.00%,94.29%,94.29%,94. 29% and 94.29% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of casting frame combined with elastic dentures in the treatment of patients with peri-odontal disease and tooth loss is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
