团体心理治疗对住院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨团体心理治疗对住院精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将120例住院精神分裂症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理;研究组患者在此基础上实施团体心理治疗,时间为3个月。用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分评定两组患者的护理效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者生活质量综合评定比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者在躯体功能、负性情绪、认知、社会支持、业余娱乐等评分方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在物质生活、心理、精神紧张、正性情感、自尊、社会功能、人际交往、工作学习、社会适应、生活质量等评分方面,研究组患者均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:团体心理治疗明显改善了住院精神分裂症患者的社会功能和正性情绪,从而提高了患者的生活质量。Objective： To explore effects of group psychotherapy on life quality of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： 120 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 60 cases. The control group was given the conventional treatment and nursing for 3 months; besides these,the experimental group received group psychotherapy for 3 months. The nursing effects were evaluated by general quality of life inventory（ GQOLI- 74）. Results： Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference in the life quality score between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; however,3 months after the treatment,there were no statistical differences in the physical function,negative emotion,cognition,social support,amateur entertainment（ P〈0. 05）,but the scores of material life,psychological and mental stress,positive emotion,self- esteem,social function,interpersonal relationships,work,social adaptation,and quality of life of experimental group were higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The group psychotherapy can obviously improve the hospitalized schizophrenia patients＇ social function and positive emotion,so as to improve the quality of life.
