摘  要:用VRSj2 8、VRSj2 3和VRSj2 8+VRSj2 3对黄牛免疫后 ,在日本血吸虫病流行区云南省洱源县进行日本血吸虫田间自然攻击 5 4d ,免疫牛的减成虫率为 3 3 .0 %~ 44 .0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,粪便和肝组织的减卵率较高 ,特异性IgG在首次免疫后显著增高。提示 ,用此类疫苗对牛进行大规模免疫预防 ,可减少人群感染的机会。Three groups of cattles were vaccinated with VRSj28 vaccine, VRSj23 vaccine,and VRSj28 vaccine+ VRSj23 vaccine, respectively. After vaccinations the immunized cattles were exposed to natural Schistosoma japonicum infection in the field(Eryuan county,Yunnan province)for a period of 54 days. Worm and egg counts carried out at the end of the experiment showed 33.0%~ 44.0% of worm reduction (P<0.05) and faecal egg reduction and liver tissue egg reduction are higher. The IgG levels increased significantly after first vaccination. The results above mentioned suggested that the large scale use of these vaccines in bovines can reduce transmission of this infection to men.
