摘　　要：目的:探讨64排计算机断层扫描(CT)脑血管造影检查(MSCTA)对指导脑出血治疗的应用价值。方法:收集本院CT诊断为脑出血的患者81例。50例患者进行MSCTA检查。回顾性分析MSCTA对指导脑出血治疗的应用价值,并对脑出血MSCTA的检查优势、必要性和图像后处理的制作方法进行了讨论。结果:MSCTA可对脑出血病因做出判断;工作站图像后处理功能可清楚显示脑出血病灶周围及血肿内的血管构筑。结论:MSCTA可快速、无创对脑出血病因做出判断;图像后处理功能所显示的脑出血病灶局部血管构造,对外科治疗具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the application value of 64 slice spiral CT treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods CT diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage in 81 angiography （MSCTA） on guiding the patients. 50 patients have had a MSCTA test. A retrospective analysis of MSCTA application value on guiding the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage was done. Method for making this advantage of MSCTA examination of cerebral hemorrhage, the necessity and image processing were discussed.Results MSCTA can make conect judgement of the etiology of cerebral hemorrhage; workstation for postprocessing function can clearly display the building around the lesion vessels in the cerebral hemorrhage and hematoma. Conclusion MSCTA is a fast, noninvasive diagnosis for made on the etiology of cerebral hemorrhage, and is worthy for popularization and application. Image processing of local vascular structure and function lesion displayed on cerebral hemorrhage has guiding significance for surgical treatment.
