摘  要:对青年男子篮球运动员大强度训练后部分生化指标进行检测分析,为动态掌握训练强度、调整训练计划、进一步指导训练提供科学依据。结果显示:大强度训练后即刻Hb值、T值与安静值相比都显著降低(P<0.05),次日晨起值明显恢复,与安静值相比无显著差异(P>0.05);训练后即刻CK值、BU值与安静值相比显著升高(P<0.05),次日晨值有明显恢复,但仍显著高于安静值(P<0.05)。Analysis on biochemical index change of young men basketball players before and after the intensivetraining, provide a scientific basis for adjust the training plan for dynamic master training intensity, adjustingtraining plan, further guidance training, results showed that, Hb and T were significantly reduced compared withthe quiet values after intensive training(P 0.05), the next day morning value recovery significantly, but comparedwith quiet value had no significant difference(P 0.05); Immediately after training CK and BU compared withquiet value increased significantly(P0.05), the next day morning values have obvious recovery, but it is stillsignificantly higher than that of quiet value(P0.05).
