福建省专升本院校体育选项课可持续发展研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对福建省专升本院校体育选项课的可持续发展进行分析。结果表明:影响大学生体育选项课可持续发展的主要因素是课程设置、认知度、场馆条件、师资力量、体育基础等;并提出加强师资培训,开设新兴课程,引导学生进行理性选课,提升认知度,充分挖掘现有场地资源,加快场馆建设力度,因材施教,采用分层教学等可持续发展对策,为全国专升本院校今后更好地开展体育选项课提供借鉴。By using the methods of documents, questionnaire and statistics, this paper studies sustainabledevelopment of the physical education elective course of upgraded colleges in Fujian province. The results showthat the reasons, which influence the elective course＇s sustainable development, are cognition level, coursesetting, sports venue, teachers and sports basics, etc.; and then it proposes some sustainable developingsuggestions for all upgraded colleges in China to preferably carry out the physical education elective course in thefuture.
