摘 要:目的分析成都地区妇女宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及基因亚型分布。方法采用基因芯片分型技术对9075例妇女进行宫颈HPV感染的基因亚型检测。结果 9075例受检者中,HPV感染总阳性率为32.88%(2984/9075),其中高危亚型为25.51%(2315/9075),低危亚型为7.37%(669/9075),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HPV感染率中高危型排在前5位的分别是HPV-52、16、58、53和51亚型。在感染类型中,单一感染、二重感染和多重感染率分别为21.63%(1963/9075)、7.19%(653/9075)和4.06%(368/9075)。感染年龄存在两个高峰,第一个在<25岁组,第二个在>55岁组,与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论成都地区妇女以高危型HPV感染为主,感染的主要型别是52、16、58、53和51型,对高危型感染患者要加强随访,HPV基因分型检测有利于宫颈癌的早期发现和早期治疗,对HPV疫苗的研究也有很大的价值。Objective To analyze the infection status and the distribution of gene subtypes of cervical human papilloma virus( HPV) in Chengdu. Methods We used gene chip typing technique to detect the gene subtypes of cervical HPV infection of9075 cases of women. Results In the 9075 cases,the total positive rate of HPV infection was 32. 88%( 2984 / 9075),containing high risk subtypes 25. 51%( 2315 / 9075),and low risk subtypes 7. 37%( 669 / 9075),and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). The top 5 high risk type of HPV infection rate were HPV-52,HPV-16,HPV-58,HPV-53 and HPV-51 subtype.In the types of infection,single infection,double infection and multiple infection rates were respectively 21. 63%( 1963 /9075),7. 19%( 653 / 9075) and 4. 06%( 368 / 9075). There were two peaks in the infection age,the first one was in the 〈25 years old group,and the second was in the 55 years old group.Compared with other groups,the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 01). Conclution Women in Chengdu area were mainly infected with high risk HPV infection,and the main types of infection were HPV-52,HPV-16,HPV-58,HPV-53 and HPV-51.We need more follow-up to patients with high risk HPV infection.The HPV genotyping detection was beneficial to early detection and early treatment of cervical cancer,and it also had great value for the study of HPV vaccine.
