摘　　要：通过产业技术联盟不同冲突类型影响成员创新绩效的系统动力学建模和仿真分析,得到联盟过程冲突和关系冲突与成员创新绩效间具有负向相关关系,而任务冲突与成员创新绩效间具有正向相关关系的结论。From the systems dynamics analysis between different conflict type of industrial technologies and innovation stra- tegic alliance and its members＇ innovation performance, this paper obtained conclusions that there is negative correlation between process conflict and its members＇ innovation performance, and the same to relationship conflict, but there is posi- tive correlation between task conflict and its members＇ innovation performance.
