摘  要:目的:通过比较3种不同横截面形状的镍钛根管器械在不同扭转状态下的应力分布情况,研究横截面形状对镍钛根管器械抗扭转性能的影响。方法:用micro-CT对Pro File 06/#30、Pro Taper F3、ProTaper Universal F3进行扫描后,分别建立三维实体和有限元模型,并模拟镍钛合金非线性的材料属性。然后用有限元分析法分别研究在模拟机械扭转实验和临床扭转状态下3种器械的应力分布情况。结果:应力分布情况表明:无论是模拟机械扭转实验还是临床扭转状态下,凸三角的Pro Taper Universal和Pro Taper的应力均较低,且分布较为均匀;U形三角的Pro File应力则较高。Pro Taper的最大Von-mises应力位于凸边,而Pro File和Pro Taper Universal的最大Von-mises应力位于U形凹槽。结论:镍钛根管器械的横截面形状可显著影响其扭转性能。较之Pro File,Pro Taper Universal和Pro Taper更适合细小狭窄根管的预备。AIM: To compare the stress distribution of three NiTi instruments with different cross - sectiong- eometry under different torsional conditions. METHODS: ProFile . 06/#30, ProTaper F3 and ProTaper Universal F3 NiTi files were scanned using Micro-CT to produce three-dimensional digital and finite element models respectively, and the nonlinear, stress-strain behavior of NiTi material was entered. The stress on the three instruments undergoing simulated torsional condition in simulated canal was analyzed mathematically. RESULTS: Convex triangle-shapedPro- Taper and ProTaper Universal showed more uniform and lower torsional stress, while U - shaped ProFile showed higher torsional stress. The concentration of stresses were mainly observed at the bottom of the flutes in ProFile and ProTaper Universal, that was at the convex part in ProTaper. CONCLUSION: The cross-sectional profile has a significant in- fluence on the torsional behavior of NiTi endodontic instruments. ProTaper and ProTaper Universal might be more suit- able than ProFile for preparing the constricted canals.
