基于ViewGum色彩分析软件的固定矫治过程中咀嚼效率变化规律的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨固定矫治本身对咀嚼功能的影响。方法:选取轻中度拥挤的安氏Ⅰ类错牙合患者12例,采用全口MBT直丝弓对其进行非拔牙矫治;并分别于治疗前、中、后,利用View Gum色彩分析软件测定其咀嚼效率,并对所得结果进行统计分析。结果:在固定矫治开始后1、3、6个月各时间点,患者的咀嚼效率均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但随着治疗的进行,其咀嚼效率呈逐渐上升趋势,至治疗结束后基本恢复到治疗前的水平(P>0.05)。结论:固定矫治本身在治疗过程中可造成咀嚼效率的降低,但随着矫治的进行,其咀嚼效率可逐渐恢复。AIM： To investigate the influence of fixed orthodontic treatment on masticatory function. METHODS： 12 patients with Angle Class I malocclusion and light to moderate crowding were treated by MBT straight wire with non - extraction fixed orthodontic treatment. ViewGum color analysis software was used to measure the masti- catory efficiency before, during and after orthodontic treatment. The data were analyzed statisticically. RESULTS：The masticatory efficiency dropped obviously following the fixed orthodontic treatment. But as the treatment went on, the masticatiry efficiency increased gradually, and recovered to normal level after the treatment was finished. CONCLU- SION：Fixed orthodontic treatment can lead to the drop of masticatory efficiency during the treatment, when the treat- ment is finished the masticatory efficiency can recover gradually.
