摘 要:目的:探讨玻璃离子修复上颌前牙龈下牙体缺损的疗效。方法:选择上颌前牙缺损达龈下且不适合牙冠延长术的患者29例,年龄25~62岁。术前行必要的根管治疗和牙周基础治疗,待牙龈健康后行翻瓣术。翻瓣后,龈下牙体缺损采用玻璃离子修复,龈上缺损采用树脂修复,抛光后缝合。记录术前和术后1、6、12个月SBI和PD指数。结果:29例患者术后1、6、12个月SBI和PD均低于术前(P〈0.05);术后1、6、12个月SBI和PD无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:对上颌前牙龈下牙体缺损病例,采用玻璃离子修复疗效良好。AIM : To evaluate the clinical effect of glass - ionomer cement restoration in the treatment of sub- gingival defect of upper anterior teeth. METHODS : 29 patients aged 25 - 62 years were included in this study. Surgical crown lengthening was not suitable for the treatment of subgingival defect in upper anterior teeth of the patients. The pa- tients were treated by root canal therapy and periodontal treatment before operation for the subgingival defect. When gin- gival tissue was healthy, subgingival defects were filled with glass -ionomer cement and supragingival ones with compos- ite resin . The results were evaluated by sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth (PD) at baseline, 1, 6 and 12 months after treatment. RESULTS : In all patients, postoperative SBI and PD were significantly lower than that before op- eration ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant differences in SBI and PD was found among 1, 6 and 12 months after surgery (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION:Subgingival defect in upper anterior teeth can be filled with glass -ionomer cement and satisfactory effect can be obtained.
