摘  要:采用DB-17石英毛细管色谱柱,气相色谱FPD检测器对蔬菜中12种有机磷农药进行多残留分析。13 min内12种有机磷农药得到较好分离,线性相关系数在0.992~1.0000之间;12种有机磷农药组分的加标回收率在73.1%~102%之间,相对标准偏差在0.86%~4.55%之间,最低检出限为0.005~0.01 mg/kg;该方法分析时间短,分离效果好,准确度及精密度较高。In this paper, 12 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides in vegetables were analyzed by GC with DB-17 quartz capillary column and FPD detector. 12 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides were well separated in 13 min. The linear correlation coefficient was obtained from 0.992 to 1.0000. The recoveries of 12 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides were obtained from 73.1% to 102% with0.86~4.55% of the relative standard deviation. The minimum detection limit was detected, and which was 0.005-0.01mg/kg.The method has many advantages, such as less analysis time, good separation effect, high accuracy and precision.
