摘 要:自20世纪80年代起,美国便已将教师教育改革列为本国教育改革的重中之重。进入新世纪以来,美国的教师教育改革迎来了新的机遇和挑战,结合新的时代背景和社会发展变化,美国教师教育改革在解决历史遗留问题的基础上,又与时俱进地在教师教育政策、培养模式、教师教育课程、教师资格认证、教师培训模式以及教师质量保障体系等方面推行了许多新举措,呈现出新特点:教师教育追求卓越的发展取向;教师教育课程逐步走向多元与融合;教师教育职前培养与职后培训一体化;联邦政府干预在教师教育改革中越发显著,这些举措对我国当前教师教育的改革具有重要启示与借鉴价值。Since the 1980% the United States has regarded the reform of teacher education as the top priority in the reform of their country's education .Since entering the new century, the reform of American teacher education has ushered in the new opportunities and challenges. Combined with the new time backgroundand the social development and changes,and on the basis of solving problems that left over by history,the reform of the American teacher education has introduced a lot of measures keeping pace with the times: Teacher education policy, cultivating mode, teacher education courses, teachersI qualification certification, teachers training mode, and the system of teacher quality assurance, etc.And presents new characteristics: Teacher education the development orientation of the pursuit of excellence; Teacher education curriculum gradually towards diversity and integration; Teacher education integration of pre- service cultivating and post-service training; The federal governmentls intervention have become increasingly significant in the reform of teacher education. These new measures have important enlightenment and reference value for the current reform of teacher education in our country.
