摘 要:采用4组构造相同的完全混合流态水解酸化反应器,以同等浓度的生物絮凝吸附污泥作为底物污泥,初始pH值为10,分别在温度为15℃、25℃、35℃、45℃的反应条件下,研究温度对生物絮凝吸附污泥水解酸化产物及产率的影响。试验结果表明:温度的升高加速了生物絮凝吸附污泥水解酸化。45℃时,SCOD第5天即达到最大产量3976.3mg/L,同时VFAs也达到峰值1988.5mg/L。随着温度的升高,最大浓度VFAs组分中,乙酸和丙酸比重不断增加。45℃时,VFAs组分中乙酸、丙酸分别高达51.25%、26.32%。此外,4组反应温度下,生物絮凝吸附污泥产酸发酵获得碳源的同时均伴随着氮、磷元素的释放,且温度越高,释放越明显。整体而言,35℃反应条件下,生物絮凝吸附污泥水解酸化既可为脱氮系统提供较多的碳源,又能避免过高的溶出氮、磷负荷。The effect of temperature on the bio--flocculation and adsorption sludge hydrolysis and acidification was investigated through applying four configuration--consistent and completely mixed pattern of hydrolysis acidification reactors. The four reactors were fed with bio- flocculation and adsorption sludge with the same contents. The experiments were performed under the conditions of 15℃, 25℃, 35℃, 45℃ respectively and initial pH is 10. The results show that the hydrolysis and acidification of bio--flocculation/adsorption sludge speeds up when temperature rises. Under the condition of 45℃ ,after 5 days SCOD achieves its maximum of 3976. 3rag/L, and 1988. 5mg/L VFAs are produced and peaked. With the temperature rising, among the maximum concentration of VFAs components the proportions of acetic acid and propionic acid also grow, reaching 51.25 % and 26.32% respectively. Besides, under the four conditions of different temperatures, the carbon source production through the hydrolysis and acidification of bio-flocculation and adsorption sludge are accompanied with the release of nitrogen and phosphorus. The higher the temperature is, the more obvious the release is. In general, 35℃ is the perfect condition under which the hydrolysis and acidification of bio-flocculation and adsorption sludge can not only provide nitrogen removal system with more carbon source, but also can avoid excessive release of nitrogen and phosphorus.
