转移抑制基因1和基质金属蛋白酶-9在鼻咽癌中表达的相关性及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测鼻咽癌组织中转移抑制基因1(MTSS1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达,并探讨两者的相关性及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例鼻咽癌和26例慢性鼻咽炎组织中MTSS1和MMP-9蛋白的表达,并分析两蛋白的表达与鼻咽癌临床特征的关系及二者的相关性。结果鼻咽癌中MTSS1的阳性表达率为66.7%(40/60),低于慢性鼻咽炎中的92.3%(24/26),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鼻咽癌中MMP-9的阳性表达率为71.7%(43/60),高于慢性鼻咽炎中的34.6%(9/26),两组比较,差异显著(P<0.01);鼻咽癌中MTSS1和MMP-9的表达均与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);鼻咽癌中MTSS1与MMP-9的表达呈负相关(r=-0.288,P<0.05)。结论 MTSS1的低表达和MMP-9的高表达在鼻咽癌的发生及转移方面可起重要作用,联合检测两蛋白的表达对鼻咽癌的早期诊断及转移判断具有一定的临床指导意义。Objective To observe the expression of metastasis suppressor 1 （ MTSS1 ） and matrix metalloproteinase 9 （ MMP - 9 ） in na- sopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and to investigate the correlation and clinical significance. Methods lmmunohistochemical method was applied to analyze the expression of MTSS1 and MMP - 9 proteins in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues （ 60 cases） and chronic nasopharyngitis tissues（26 cases） and the correlations with clinical features and the association between them were analyzed. Results The positive rate of MTSS1 （66.7%,40/60） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was lower than that in chronic nasopharyngitis tissues （92.3 % ,24/26 ）, P 〈 0.05. The positive rate of MMP -9 （71.7 % ,43/60） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in chronic nasopharyngitis tissues （34.6% ,9/26） , P 〈 0.01. The positive expression rates of MTSS1 and MMP -9 in naso- pharyngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly related with lymphatic metastases （ P 〈 0.05, respectively）. The expression of MTSS1 was negatively correlated with the expression of MMP - 9 in NPC tissues （ r = - 0. 288,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The low expression of MTSSI and high expression of MMP -9 may play an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,joint detection of the two proteins in nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a certain clinical significance in its early diagnosis and metastasis.
