摘 要:将改进版的迷你临床演练评估方法(Modified Scale of Mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise,MiniCEX)应用于康复医学临床带教和培训的考核工作中,3年内(2011.08-2014.08),18名学员共计完成176次有效Mini-CEX考核。单次Mini-CEX考核成绩最低4.43(合乎要求),最高8.86分(优秀)。176次考核平均分为7.13。其中1-3分者无,4-6分23人次,占13.1%,6-7分55人次,占31.2%;7-8分72人次,占40.9%;8-9分26人次,占14.8%。平均分≥6分者占到86.9%,说明培训考核达到预期。同一培训阶段学员,各年度考核成绩间无差异;而不同培训年限,考核成绩存在差异。不同考核教师间有一定差异。The Modified Scale of mini Clinical Evaluation Exercise( Mini-CEX) was used inthe standardized training for rehabilitation resident. During the period of August 2011 to August 2014,a total of 18 trainees completed 176 Mini-CEX evaluations. The lowest score was 4. 43( acceptable),with the highest 8. 86( excellent). The average score was 7. 13. No one scored 1-3 points. Scores in the range of 4-6 appeared 26 times which was about 13. 1% of the total assessments. Scores between 6-7 55 times,accounting for 31. 2%.Scores between 8-9 26 times,accounting for 14. 8%. 86. 9% assessments generated scores above 6 points,which indicated the training had expected results. The trainees in the same stage of training had no difference in their assessment results,while training programs of different length had different results. The same was true with different teachers.
