摘　　要：主治医师查房是三级医师查房制度的重要组成部分。在使用迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)住院医师的过程中,形成了以Mini-CEX为基础的主治医师查房模式,提高主治医师的教学意识,重视基本功训练,规范了教学查房,在教学的同时解决了临床实际问题,并有助于住院医师良好工作习惯的养成,与患者沟通能力的提高。The attending physician rounds is an important part of the three level round system. During the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise（ Mini-CEX）,we investigated a new attending physician round model that was based on Mini-CEX to improve the teaching consciousness of the attending physician,and put more efforts on basic skills training. This new round model standardized teaching rounds and helped to develop good working habits of residents,and improved the ability of communication with patients. At the same time,the clinical practical problems were solved. At the same time,the clinical practical problems were solved.
