医学院校实习生二级管理机构互联互通工作机制的探索

摘　　要：由于医学院校实习生分散至各实习医院，二级临床医学院对实习生的教育管理地位被弱化，问题和矛盾日益凸显。在实习生教育管理过程中，通过建立医学院校二级管理机构互联互通工作机制，能够有效解决当前实习生教育管理中的突出问题，全面实现二级临床医学院与实习医院之间的人员互信、管理互动和工作互助，增强实习生教育管理效能。As the medical college students are scattered to each practice hospital, the status of the secondary chnical medical colleges＇ education management to interns is weakened, and the problems and contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent. In the process of internship education management, through the establishment of the secondary medical colleges＇ interconnection management working mechanism, we can effectively solve the outstanding problems in the current internship edu-cation management, to achieve mutual trust between the secondary clinical medical college and the training hospital, and enhance the effectiveness of the management of interns.
