摘  要:目的探讨分离性障碍患者在静息状态下的大脑功能网络特征。方法 6例分离性障碍患者(研究组)及6例健康对照(对照组)进行静息态功能磁共振扫描,采用基于体素的全脑功能连接网络分析方法对患者及对照组的大脑功能网络连接数据进行比较。结果研究组后扣带回(PCC)感兴趣区前额叶的激活低于对照组,右侧顶下小叶、右侧额叶、右侧小脑后叶、左侧小脑后叶以及小脑扁桃体与脑干部位存在脑功能连接强度的减低。结论分离性障碍患者脑内某些脑区存在静息态功能连接异常,静息功能MRI可望为分离性障碍的诊断及发病机制研究提供支持。Objective To explore the functional connectivity of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging( f MRI)in patients with dissociative disorder. Methods 6 inpatients with dissociative disorder( study group) and 6 healthy controls( control group) were scanned with resting-state f MRI. Whole brain functional connectivity network analysis based on voxel was used to compare the data of cerebral functional connectivity between study group and control group. Results Compared with control group,patients in study group showed significantly reduced activation in frontal lobe when setting posterior cingulated cortex as the region of interest. When lateral parietal lobe was set as region of interest,the study group showed significantly reduced functional connectivity in the right inferior parietal lobule,right frontal lobe,right and left posterior lobe of cerebellum,tonsil of cerebellum and brainstem. Conclusion There might be some resting-state functional connectivity impairment in some encephalic regions in patients with dissociative disorder. The resting-state f MRI may contribute to the diagnosis and pathogenesis study of dissociative disorder.
