摘　　要：目的分析肝硬化不同肝功能分级患者血栓弹力图(thromboelastography,TEG)表现。方法肝硬化患者107例,肝功能Child A级36例为Child A级组,Child B级38例为Child B级组,Child C级33例为Child C级组,监测3组TEG并比较分析。结果 Child C级组TEG中R值[(6.20±1.88)min]、K值[(4.10±2.03)min]高于Child A级组[(4.45±1.21)、(2.37±1.58)min]和Child B级组[(5.12±1.56)、(3.25±1.02)min],LY30(0)、MA[(25.20±6.51)mm]和Angle[(41.42±10.27)deg)]低于Child A级组[(0.80±0.11)%、(59.30±7.30)mm、(62.67±10.20)deg]和Child B级组[(0.60±0.17)%、(36.80±5.84)mm、(50.87±9.68)deg],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TEG可反映肝硬化患者凝血紊乱状况,TEG参数异常间接反映了病情严重程度。Objective To analyze the thromboelastogram performances in hepatic cirrhosis patients with different hepatic function. Methods In 107 patients with hepatic cirrhosis included 36 patients with hepatic function Child A （Child A group）, 38 with Child B （Child B group） and 33 with Child C （Child C group）. Thromboelastography was performed and the results were compared among three groups. Results R value （（6.20±1.88） rain） and K value （（4.10±2.03） min） in Child A group were significantly higher than those in Child C group （（4.45±1.21）, （2.37±1.58） rain） and Child B group （（5. 12±1. 56）, （3. 254±1. 02） min） （P〈0.05）. While LY30 （0）, MA （（25. 20±6. 51） ram） and Angle （（41.42±10.27） deg） in Child C group were significantly lower than those in Child A group （（0. 80± 0. 11）%, （59.30±7.30） mm, （62. 67±10.20） deg） and Child B group （（0.604±0.17）%, （36.80±5.84） ram, （50. 87±9.68） deg） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thromboelastography could reflect the blood coagulation state in patients with hepatic cirrhosis and it is correlated with the severity of hepatic cirrhosis.
