摘  要:试验旨在研究发酵杏鲍菇菌糠替代玉米对肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,并确定发酵杏鲍菇菌糠在肉鸡日粮中的最适添加量。选用192只1日龄健康科宝肉鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复12只鸡。以玉米豆粕基础日粮为对照组,分别用3%、6%和9%的发酵杏鲍菇菌糠替代玉米。结果表明,用发酵杏鲍菇菌糠代替肉鸡基础日粮中的一部分玉米可以增加肉鸡的平均日增重,降低料肉比,对平均日采食量、血清生化指标无显著性影响。在本试验条件下,发酵杏鲍菇菌糠在肉鸡日粮中的最适添加量为6%。The effects of fermented spent substrate of Pleurotus eryngii instead of corn on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of broilers were studied,and the optimum adding amount was also determined.192one-day-old Kobb broilers were randomly divided into 4groups with 4replicates of 12.The control feed was corn according to the feeding standard of broilers,whereas in the other three test groups,fermented spent substrate of Pleurotus eryngii was added by 3%,6% and9%levels to replace responding corn.The results showed that compared with the control group,it had significant effect on average daily weight gain and feed gain ratio by adding the fermented spent substrate of Pleurotus eryngii,but it had no significant effect on average daily feed intake and serum biochemical parameters.Under this experimental conditions,the optimum concentration of the fermented spent substrate of Pleurotus eryngii in total periods were 6%.
