大学生创新创业俱乐部管理制度建设的研究

摘　　要：本文通过分析大学生创新创业俱乐部管理机构设置及管理制度建设现状,指出大学生创新创业俱乐部缺乏专业俱乐部的组织机构和明确的责任分工,缺乏专职管理人员和专业的创业导师,日常运行缺乏系统化的管理制度,以及缺乏一体化的入园项目管理制度。制度建设的滞后会严重制约俱乐部的可持续发展,应加快建设系统化的大学生创新创业俱乐部管理制度,包括理事会管理制度、各职能部门管理制度、评审小组管理制度、经费管理制度、入园项目管理制度、"引入第三方服务机构"管理制度等。·In this paper, under the analysis of the management construction in the University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club, it pointed out that the Club lacks professional organizations and clear division of responsibility. And it also lacks full-time staff and enterprise tutors. With regard to management system, the daily operations system and project management lag behind. All above wound constrain the sustainable development of the Club. Therefore, we should accelerate the development of systematic management construction of the Club, which includes applying the council sysytem, the daily operations system, the reviewers management system, the financial system, the project management system, and the ＂third party service＂ management system.
