摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法、NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3法、AlCl_3法测定野生樱桃李叶总黄酮含量。结果表明,高效液相色谱法测定总黄酮含量为(36.53±0.46)mg/g,Al Cl_3法测定总黄酮含量为(38.27±0.59)mg/g,两种方法测定结果差异不显著;而NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3法测定总黄酮含量为(49.81±0.70)mg/g,与其它两种方法测定结果差异较大。通过显色机理分析知AlCl_3法可消除干扰,重现性好,准确度高,操作相对高效液相色谱法更快捷简便,确定AlCl_3法为测定野生樱桃李叶总黄酮含量的最佳方法。The total content of flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves was determined by HPLC method,aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite method and aluminum chloride method. The results showed that the total content of flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves was( 36. 53 ± 0. 46) mg / g and( 38. 27 ± 0. 59) mg / g by HPLC method and aluminum chloride method,respectively.The difference of the results determined by the two methods was not significant( P〉0.05).However,the total content of flavonoids determined by aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite method was( 49.81 ± 0.70) mg / g,which rather different from the was results of the other two methods.The analysis on mechanism of color development indicated that the aluminum chloride method can eliminate the interference.This method is simpler and more convenient compared with HPLC method,and has high accuracy and repeatability,and is the most appropriate for the determination of total flavonoids in Prunus divaricata Ldb Leaves.
