康复新液预防放射性食管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价康复新液在预防食管癌放射治疗过程中的放射性食管炎的效果。方法:80例行根治性放疗/放化疗的食管癌患者按1∶1的比例分为对照组和实验组。对照组予常规宣教预防,实验组在常规宣教的基础上,自放疗开始即口服康复新液20 m L,3次·日-1直至放疗结束,对比两组放射性食管炎的发生程度和发生时间。结果:实验组放射性食管炎发生程度明显低于对照组,且出现时间晚于对照组。结论:康复新液对预防放射性食管炎有较好的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Kangfuxin liquid in preventing radiation esophagitis. Methods： Total 80 cases of patients with malignant tumors of esophgus were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group（ n = 40）and the control group（ n = 40）. The control group was conducted with routine propaganda and educationwhile besides that,the treatment group was given another 20 m L of Kangfoxin liquid,3 times a day until the end of radiotherapy. The degree and occurrence time of radioactive esophagitis of both groups was compared. Results： The occurrence degree of radiation esophagitis in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the radiation esophagitis of treatment group appeared later than the control group. Conclusion： Kangfuxin liquid is effective in preventing the radiation esophagitis.
