摘　　要：简要介绍了首钢水钢炼钢厂像硅铁水冶炼工艺。生产实践表明，采用留渣操作等技术措施，可有效解决低硅铁水冶炼成渣困难、热量少、易粘枪、不利于脱磷及炉况维护等困难。The process of steelmaking with low silicon hot metal in our plant is briefly introduced.Productive practice shows that technical measures such as slag-remaining operation and so on can ef-fectively solve problems such as difficult slagging of steelmaking with low silicon hot metal, less heat,metal being easy to glue lance, difficult dephosphorizing and difficult furnace-maintaining.
