FGFR2基因多态性与黑龙江地区女性乳腺癌相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨FGFR2rs2981582多态性与黑龙江地区女性乳腺癌的相关性。方法收集105例黑龙江地区乳腺癌患者和382例黑龙江地区健康人外周血,提取其DNA,用直接测序法对FGFR2基因rs2981582位点进行检测,分析其基因型及等位基因频率在黑龙江地区乳腺癌患者和正常人群中的分布。结果 FGFR2基因rs2981582基因型及等位基因频率在研究组和对照组中有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,且等位基因T可使患乳腺癌的风险增加（OR=2.7,95%CI=1.134~5.012）。结论 FGFR2rs2981582多态性可能与黑龙江地区人群乳腺癌存在相关性,且T等位基因与乳腺癌的发生有关。Objective To explore the relationship between gene polymorphism in FGFR2rs2981582 and breast cancer in Heilongjiang province. Methods Peripheral blood of 105 breast cancer patients and 382 healthy human in Heilongjiang province were collected,and its DNA was extracted,the rs2981582 FGFR2 gene loci was tested by directly sequencing method,and the distribution of genotype and allele frequency of breast cancer patients and normal people in Heilongjiang region were analysed. Results There were statistical differences in the genotype frequency and allele frequency between breast cancer group and the control group in FGFR2 rs2981582（ P〈0. 05）,and the T allele showed an increased risk of breast cancer（ OR = 2. 7,95% CI = 1. 134 ~ 5. 012）. Conclusion FGFR2rs2981582 gene polymorphism may be associated with breast cancer in Heilongjiang province.
