摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,现代技术的不断创新进步,称重系统已经成为电子信息网络技术和自动控制为一体的一种知识密集型产品,世界上有80%左右的货物需要经过这一环节,称重系统的应用十分广泛。目前称重系统的形式复杂多样,主要有两种形式,一是静态称重系统;二是动态称重系统。所谓静态称重系统是指被称重物品处于静止状态,这种形式的称重,称重精度高、外界干扰少、便于控制精度、易于达到精度要求。动态称重系统是指被称重物品处于运动状态下所计量出来的数据。这种形式的称重所处环境复杂及物料的性质等因素,给计量带来不便,但这也是市场行情发展所需要的,这也是给我们带来了挑战的机遇,这也是我们追求的目标。称重给料机就是其中一种最典型的动态计量产品。With the development of economic and social, the continuous innovation and progress of modern technology, weighing system has become the electronic information network technology and automatic control is one of a knowledge intensive products, the world has about 80% of the goods need to be after this link, weighing system is applied widely. The weighing system in the form of complex and diverse, mainly has two forms, one is static weighing system, the other is a dynamic weighing system. The so- called static weighing system is that goods are weighed in a static state, this form of weighing, weighing precision, less external disturbance and convenient precision and easy to meet the requirements of precision control. Dynamic weighing system is weighing in motion by measuring items out of data. This form of weighing the complex environment and material properties and other factors, to the measuring inconvenience, but this is market development needs, which is to give us brought opportunities and challenges. This is our pursuit of the goal. Weighing feeder is one of the most typical dynamic measurement products.
