摘　　要：经济社会正进行着深刻的变革,企业和社会大众关注并需要具有伦理决策能力的企业管理者。商业伦理教学过程中要注重引发学生对商业伦理的思考,在教育过程中通过讲座、体验式教学、论文等形式,加强商业伦理教育和传统文化结合的力度,以期培养新一代的具备伦理决策能力的企业管理者。The economic society is undergoing profound changes. The enterprise and the public concern and need the enterprise manager to have the ability of the ethical decision-making. In the process of business ethics teaching, teachers should pay attention to arouse students＇ thinking about business ethics. The education process, through lecture, experiential teaching and paper assignment,should combine business ethics education and traditional culture in order to cultivate a new generation enterprise manager with ethical decision-making.
