非小细胞肺癌患者血清中VEGF、Ang-2和survivin的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子、血管生成素-2和survivin在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的表达及相关性研究。方法采用夹心ELISA法分别检测112例非小细胞肺癌患者和28例健康志愿者血清中血管内皮生长因子、血管生成素-2和survivin的表达情况。结果与对照组比较,肺癌组血管内皮生长因子、血管生成素-2和survivin水平均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清中血管内皮生长因子、血管生成素-2和survivin的表达与患者的年龄、性别无明显相关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移和分期显著相关(P<0.05),腺癌患者血清中survivin的水平明显高于鳞癌患者(P<0.05)。血清中血管内皮生长因子的表达与血管生成素-2和survivin显著相关(P<0.05)。结论血清中血管内皮生长因子、血管生成素-2和survivin可作为肺癌转移和判断分期的良好指标,联合检测可能有助于非小细胞肺癌的早期诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF、Ang-2and survivin in lung carcinoma and the relationship between VEGF expression and Ang-2、survivin expression.Methods A total of 112 cases of malignancies in lung and 28 cases of healthy volunteers were detected for sera VEGF、Ang-2and survivin with monoclonal antibody against human.Results The levels of VEGF、Ang-2and survivin in lung carcinoma group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）.Sera VEGF、Ang-2and survivin expression didn＇t have significant relationship with patient sex and age（P〈0.05）,but had significant relationship with lymph node metastasis and stage（P〈0.05）.And the level of survivin in lung adenocarcinoma was higher than in squamous cell carcinoma（P〈0.05）.The Sera VEGF expression has significant relationship with the Ang-2and survivin expression（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sera VEGF、Ang-2and survivin may be good predicator for metastasis and judge of stage of lung carcinoma,and it may contribute to the diagnosis of lung carcinoma with combined determination.
