摘  要:针对新疆油田,利用表面活性剂、部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)以及不同的碱复配得到碱-表面活性剂-聚合物(ASP)三元复合驱,并分别配制成乳状液。利用Zeta电位分析仪和界面张力仪等考察了不同乳状液的Zeta电位和油水界面张力。实验结果表明,含石油磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂(KPS)的乳状液的Zeta电位绝对值最大,含甜菜碱型表面活性剂(APS)的乳状液的Zeta电位绝对值最小。随表面活性剂含量的增大,乳状液的Zeta电位绝对值呈不同的增大趋势。对于LPS/KPS(LPS为烷醇酰胺类非离子型表面活性剂)复配表面活性剂,其乳状液的Zeta电位主要由KPS控制。LPS/KPS复配表面活性剂降低原油界面张力的效果明显。采用ASP三元复合驱时,表面活性剂对界面电位的影响变弱;随碱含量的增大,Zeta电位降低;随HPAM含量的增大,Zeta电位绝对值相应增大。Surfactant solutions,partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) solutions and alkali solutions were prepared separately,and then the ternary composite alkali-surfactant-polymer(ASP) fl ooding systems with different formula ratio were prepared. The fl ooding systems were mixed with crude oil from the Xinjiang oilfi eld and were emulsifi ed to form the O/W emulsions. The Zeta potential and interfacial tension of the emulsion samples were measured by means of Zeta potential analyzer and interfacial tension meter. The results showed that the Zeta potential absolute value of the emulsion with petroleum sulfonate anionic surfactant(KPS) was the maximum and the one with betaine type surfactant(APS) was minimum. With increasing the surfactant content,the Zeta potential absolute value increased with different tendency. For the mixed nonionic alkanolamide surfactant(LPS)/KPS system,the Zeta potential of the emulsion was controlled by KPS. The mixed LPS/KPS system could strongly reduce the interfacial tension of the emulsions. When the ASP fl ooding systems was used,the infl uence of surfactants on the interfacial potential became weakened,and with increasing the contents of alkali and HPAM,the Zeta potential absolute value decreased and increased,respectively.
