摘　　要：针对地方应用型本科院校人才培养要求及社会和企业对人才需求,构建"课程设计为基础、专业竞赛为提升、科研项目为扩展、毕业设计为深化"的四层培养模式,培养大学生的科研创新能力和工程实践能力.For the requirement of talent training in the local application- based universities and the talent demand from society and enterprises, the paper puts forward the education mode of ＂four aspects＂ ： the curriculum design, professional competition, the scientific research project and the graduation design, which can help cultivate students ＇ scientific research innovation and engineering practice ability.
