摘 要:对不同原边-副边线圈组合所构成的无线电能传输系统,计算原边线圈参数对所激励的均匀磁场的影响,获得生物安全性约束下的安匝数条件;计算电能传输效率和传输功率,获得传输功率对应的设计要求;从提高空间利用率出发,优化副边线圈参数后,比较了不同组合的传输效率、传输稳定性。实验表明:三维原边-单维副边的无线电能传输模块能在Φ12×13 mm的空间内提供不小于420 m W,传输效率不小于9.38%,传输稳定度为21.6%,优于其它组合。Different primary-secondary coil couple of wireless power transmission system were presented and analyzed. The primary coils' parameters influenced on the inductive uniform magnetic field were evaluated and the ampere-turns conditions were achieved. The power transfer efficiency and transmission power were calculated and the corresponding design demands were obtained. To promote the space utilization ratio,the secondary coils' parameters were optimized,and the efficiency and the stability of each couple were compared. The experimental results show that 3D-primary and 1D-secondary coil couple could provide at least 420 m W power in a volume of Φ12× 13 mm,with efficiency of no less than 9. 38% and stability of 21. 6%,which is better than others.
