摘  要:1,4-二氯苯(1,4-DCB)是水体中一种常见的有机污染物,为了解其对水生植物的毒性效应,研究了四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)暴露于不同质量浓度的1,4-二氯苯后,其生长和光合作用的响应。结果表明,低质量浓度的1,4-DCB(≤5 mg/L)暴露下,藻细胞密度、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素总量及类胡萝卜素含量均与对照变化一致,且无显著差异;而当1,4-DCB质量浓度≥10 mg/L时,各指标均显著下降。高质量浓度的1,4-DCB对四尾栅藻的生长和光合作用会产生严重的毒性影响,而且表现出明显的时间-浓度效应。1,4-dichlorobenzene(1,4-DCB)is a common organic contaminant in water. To investigate its toxic effects on growth and photosynthesis of aquatic plants, the paper evaluated the responses of Scenedesmus quadricauda treated with 1,4-DCB. The results showed that after treatment with low concentrations of 1,4-DCB(≤5 mg/L), the cell density and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid all were consistent with the control and there was no significant difference between them.However, they all decreased significantly when 1,4-DCB concentration was high(≥ 10 mg/L). It can be concluded that 1, 4-DCB exerts toxic effects on growth and photosynthesis of S. quadricauda, especially at concentrations exceeding 10 mg/L and the effects all showed a time-concentration effect.
