摘　　要：近年来,商业模式创新成为企业创新领域研究的热点问题。在梳理商业模式创新经典文献的基础上,分别基于商业模式创新相关者和商业模式创新资源,归纳了6种商业模式创新理论。通过对6种商业模式创新理论的进一步梳理和分析,将商业模式创新理论的演化过程划分为封闭式商业模式创新研究、半开放式商业模式创新研究和开放式商业模式创新研究3个阶段,并展望了未来研究方向。Business model innovation is a hot issue in recent studies on enterprise innovation.This paper combs classical literatures of business model innovation,divides business model innovation theories into 6kinds respectively based on business model innovation stakeholders and resources.By further carding,analyzing,and concluding these 6kinds of theories,this paper divides the evolution process of business model innovation study into 3stages：enclosed business model innovation study,half open business model innovation study,and open business model innovation study.Future research directions are discussed at last.
