摘　　要：目的调查某疾病预防控制中心门诊预防与治疗用生物制品的应用情况,为生物制品的合理应用提供参考。方法调查并统计该中心门诊生物制品的应用品种、数量与金额。结果人用狂犬病疫苗、狂犬病人免疫球蛋白、重组人白细胞介素-2、重组乙型肝炎疫苗的用量依次列前4位。人用狂犬病疫苗、狂犬病人免疫球蛋白、重组乙型肝炎疫苗、重组人白细胞介素-2的用药金额依次列前4位。该中心门诊生物制品的应用符合相关规定要求,保证了生物制品预防接种和治疗疾病的需求。结论门诊应安全、合理应用生物制品,使其在预防与治疗疾病中发挥应有的作用。Objective To investigate the application of biological products used in the Outpatient Department of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention,to provide reference for the reasonable application of the biological products.Methods The statistics of the type,quantity amount and their constituent ratio of the biological products using in the Outpatient Department of the center were investigated.Results Rabies vacane for human use,human rabies immunoglobulin,recombinant human interleukin-2,recombinant hepatitis B vaccine were listed as the top 4 in dosage.Vacane for human use,human rabies immunoglobulin,recombinant hepatitis B vaccine,recombinant human interleukin-2 were listed as the top 4 in consumption sum.The outpatient application of biological product in this center accorded with the requirements of the relevant provisions,thus ensured the needs of vaccination of biological products and treatment of disease.Conclusion The outpatient should use biological product safely and reasonably,in order to play a proper role in the prevention and treatment of disease.
