高脂膳食联合链脲佐菌建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型研究

摘　　要：[目的]探索建立一种稳定简单的2型糖尿病大鼠模型。[方法]将40只无特定病原体级雄性大鼠采用随机数字表法随机分为造模组(30只)和对照组(10只),造模组高脂饲料喂养后腹腔注射链脲佐菌(STZ),对照组注射等体积缓冲液,监测两组空腹血糖、体重、饮水量、尿量等。[结果]造模组血糖和饮水量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),成功造模25只,造模成功率83.33%。[结论]高脂膳食联合STZ腹腔注射诱导建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型操作简单、成功率较高,是一种较理想的造模方法。Objective：To probe into a stable and simple model of type 2diabetic rats.Methods：A total of 40 male rats without specific pathogen level were randomly divided into modeling group（30rats）and control group（10rats）by using a random number table method,the rats in modeling group were intraperitoneal injected with streptozotocin（STZ）after high-fat diet,while the rats in control group were injected with equal volume of buffer,monitoring the two groups of fasting blood glucose,weight,water intake,urine volume.Results：The blood glucose and water intake of the model group were significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）,the number of success establishment of model was 25,and its success rate was 83.33%.Conclusion：High fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of STZ to establish the model of type 2diabetes rats was simple and had higher success rate,which was an ideal method of making model.
